Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day if possible. However, we cannot always guarantee this, as sometimes products are out of stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€ 4.00 for orders that fit through the letterbox, up to 2kg. Dimensions up to 38x26.5x3.2cm
€ 6.75 for orders that do not fit through the letterbox, up to 10 kg. Dimensions up to 100x50x50cm

Delivery is handled by the PostNL postman or DHL parcel deliverer. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
